Gambit workshops are designed to take teams and small groups deep into the content that will shift your working relationships. They're most effective when focused on people who work closely together.

Discover Your Strengths (Clifton Strengths) 

Talents are the way we naturally move through the world. Developing them into strengths - tools we use to consistently produce positive outcomes - allows us work better together while contributing our unique best. 

Workshop length options:

  • 2 hour workshop - introduce your team CliftonStrengths. In these two hours we focus on what a strengths mindset is and is not, on understanding our own and others strengths. This is a critical foundation to any further Strengths work

  • 4 hour workshop - includes the first two hours and continues into team dynamics. Examines the teams strengths as a cohesive whole, including how to work together and potential tension points.

  • 6 hour workshop - includes the first four hours and provides opportunity to apply strengths learning to the team's current context or a specific challenge.

* Sequenced, extended workshops or retreats with more in depth application and team or individual coaching are also available. ​​

Five Dysfunctions of a Team​
When working together, teams have to overcome five areas of potential dysfunction: 
absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results. Navigating these five areas successfully increases your team's ability to function effectively together.  
  • 4 hour workshop - Increase the functionality of your team by working through an introduction to the five dysfunctional areas teams often find trip them up.
  • 8 hour workshop - Build on the first four hours by applying the model to your team's context.

Structural Dynamics
Increase your team's ability to read the room by understanding group dynamics like communication styles (meaning, affect & power), operating styles (random, open & closed) and the four players in any conversation (move, oppose, bystand & follow).
  • 2 hour workshop - Introduce your team to the foundations of group dynamics through their individual assessment results. 
  • 4 hour workshop - Build on the first two hours and apply principles to your team's context or specific circumstance.
