Want to introduce more agility into your mindset?


The following is a list of exercises and activities designed to increase individual agility mindsets that can be carried out at a team / group meeting or retreat.


This is most often considered a negotiation exercise (also a great place for agility!) but can also be considered for increasing one’s ability to recognize one’s interest (goal) and to be flexible with the approach one uses to arrive (position).


Design Thinking prototyping resources –

Though these are aimed for product & service development, practicing these skills lead us to looking for the core value and thinking of new and different ways to achieve it – the essence of agility. Both of these resources are packed with exercise ideas.
